Our design team worked to design important ways to create public gathering spaces- to
find places to breathe, to pause, to share ideas, to gather
and be productive as social animals, which is why cities came to be 9,000 years ago. We wanted to place a high value on the "people factor".
Ammon Town Center will include a central roundabout for convenient access to the all parts of the project. The project design will complement and focus on walkability.
Ammon Town Center will include trail system within the project to offer pedestrian connectivity between the various development uses within ATC. We believe with active planning, a city-wide trail system can originate here at ATC.
It is our hope that the Ammon Town Center will become a gathering place for families to spend time, dine, and engage in recreational activities. As the project moves forward, we encourge City and public uses to be incorporated within the ATC.

Ammon Town Center will include general use Professional Office. We encourage a diverse base of office tenants. We anticipate one, two and three story office buildings. The ATC master plan proposes approximately 82000 square feet of office use. We can design and build the office product tailored for either a single tenant, or multiple tenants. The office product will have direct access to the pedestrian pathways to encourge walkability.
The location of the Ammon Town Center, east of the Eastern Regional Medical Center, offers strategic opportunities for medical professionals to design, build and own their medical offices.
The Ammon Town Center will include approximately 60000 square feet of Flex Space
We anticipate the flex building size to be 9000 sq. feet divisable to 1500 sq. feet.
Ammon Town Center will include some small lot, single family residential.
